WELCOME TO
NATIONAL WORK-INTEGRATED EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP
(NWIEP)
Real Skills. Real Experience. Real Futures.
We close the gap between the classroom and the workplace — training school leaders, connecting students to real work experience, and publishing the resources that make it possible. Across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
FOUR WAYS WE WORK
Work-Integrated Learning. We connect students in secondary schools, colleges, and universities to genuine workplace experience — and issue secure, verifiable digital credentials that employers can confirm instantly. Our platform runs on two tracks: fully digital where connectivity allows, and offline-first using USSD and SMS where it does not. No learner is excluded by geography or income.
School Leadership Development. The eleven-week World-Class School Leader Programme, the free School Health Check diagnostic, and the annual World-Class Education Summit — equipping proprietors and heads to build schools that outlast them.
Educational Publishing. We publish and distribute books and workbooks on school leadership and education practice, sold through bookstores and education retailers across Nigeria, Africa, and internationally.
School Setup and Growth Consultancy. Feasibility studies, operating plans, governance frameworks, and ongoing advisory support for new and established private schools — built on nearly three decades of school-building work in West Africa since 1996.
IF YOU WERE UNABLE TO WORK FOR THREE MONTHS, WOULD YOUR SCHOOL CARRY ON?
Most school owners know the answer. Take the free School Health Check — 55 questions, eleven areas, one honest hour. You will finish with your school's score out of 220 and the three things to fix this term. No cost. No obligation.
30 years of school-building across West Africa and the UK · Founded 1996 · Twelve-plus published titles · Entities in Nigeria, the UK, and Canada · Convener of the World-Class Education Summit
WHO WE WORK WITH
School proprietors and heads — who want to build institutions rather than run themselves into the ground.
Colleges and universities — placing students into real work experience with verifiable credentials.
Employers — who need job-ready young people and a reliable way to verify what a candidate can actually do.
Associations, dioceses, and school groups — training their members at scale through negotiated rates and licensed delivery.
Students and young people — gaining the skills, experience, and proof of both that open the first door.
Start where it costs you nothing.
Take the free School Health Check, or talk to us about your school, your institution, or your workforce.
